Vendors not showing up for submittals

When we are putting in a submittal, the vendor drop down is not showing any of the vendors we have in place. therefor not letting us upload submittals

We apologize for the inconvenience.
We recently made changes so that only vendors with contracts in the project appear in the vendor suggestions. We will update this behavior so that if a project has no contracts, all vendors will appear in the suggestions.
We will let you know once this change is implemented.
