We also checked, and it looks like there are no issues anymore related to reordering questions.

Could you please check again and let us know if you are still encountering the issue? Please also provide exactly which question you are unable to drag and drop to change the question order in checklist templates.

Question reordering is not allowed only when a question is under the Header Questions section and you want to move it under the Body section.

If the question is already under the Body section and you only want to reorder the question position, this should work correctly.
