Two Checklists Not Regenerating

I edited a few checklist audits yesterday, but 2 out of the 5 are not regenerating or opening on my end. I was able to access them through the app, but not otherwise on the computer to edit.

We apologize for the late response. We had technical issues with the support system, which have now been fixed.
We checked, and it looks like the checklist you provided has already been generated. At the time you reported this, we had a couple of issues related to checklist generation, but all of them have now been fixed.

I am having issues regenerating a checklist. I made edits earlier on it and it worked for a separate checklist, however it just keeps saying 'PDF is not ready yet. We're working on generating the document. This may take a while.' for the past 10 minutes. I did not add any more photos or anything.
